Walmer will walk you through: \n\nWhere and how to look up your Pennsylvania criminal record\nHow to decipher what you’re seeing — including the different documents\, charges\, grading (M1\, F3\, etc.)\, and court terminology\nWhat may qualify for a pardon\, expungement\, or Clean Slate… and the differences between these three options!\nHow to access and complete a pardon application\, what information is required\, and realistic timelines — including current wait times.\nYour rights when applying for jobs with a record\, such as protections under Pennsylvania’s Criminal History Record Information Act (CHRIA)\n\nWith over 40 years of experience as a public defender\, prosecutor\, and defense attorney\, Mark breaks down complicated legal jargon into real-life\, understandable guidance.
