What is the Fee Agreement? The Fee Agreement is an important start of the process, making you an official client of PA Pardon Service | RecordEraser. Without the signed fee agreement we are unable to move forward with working on your application. The fee agreement outlines important information including, fees, timelines, terms of service, payment plans, etc. required under the governing rules of an attorney.

I received an invoice, what if I would like to pay in full? If you would like to pay in full, please proceed to do so using the link provided and will be issued a $100 credit for paying in full.

I received an invoice, what if I need a payment plan? If you need a payment plan, please proceed to pay at least $1000 down ($400 prior to 6/1/2024) using the link provided and a member of our team will follow up with a payment plan installment.

I signed the Fee Agreement and made a payment, what now? Once we received a signed fee agreement and your full or minimum, down payment, a member from our team will move forward with requesting the required documents needed to move forward with your application. Please keep a lookout for emails sent from Clio or RecordEraser. Clio is our case management system that helps us track your progress and additionally receive links to forms and documents which require some information and signatures. Please check your spam folder to make sure any emails do not get lost!
