What is the cost of a standard pardon application with Record Eraser?

Our flat rate for a standard pardon application on a single docket is $1,850. This inclusive fee covers preparation, documentation, filing, and tracking throughout the process. Learn more about the PA pardon process here.

We require half of the total fee as an initial down payment. The remaining balance can be paid in installments of $200 per month, with a 1.5% interest added monthly. Can I get a refund if my pardon is not granted?

While we cannot guarantee the granting of a pardon, we stand by our clients. If your initial pardon application is not granted, we offer a 50% discount for a second application.
