What is the cost of a standard pardon application with Record Eraser?

Our flat rate fee for a standard pardon application on a single docket is $4,000. This inclusive fee covers preparation, documentation, filing, and tracking throughout the entire 3-6 year process. Learn more about the PA pardon process here.

How does Record Eraser's payment plan work?

We require half of the total fee as an initial down payment. The remaining balance can be paid in monthly automatic installments with a 1.5% interest added monthly. This flexible payment plan is designed to make our services affordable and manageable for our clients.

Can I get a refund if my pardon is not granted?

We do not issue refunds for denied pardons. While we cannot guarantee the granting of a pardon, we thoroughly vet our clients based on experience and chance. If your initial pardon application is not granted, we offer a 50% discount for a second application. We follow the rules, waiting one year before re-filing the application.
